Since 1988, La Cava de Illán has been bringing the flavors of all of Spain to your table: fresh produce, time-honored recipes, and classic cuisine that never goes out of style. Our restaurant at Cava Baja 16 has been, for all these years, a haven of tradition in the heart of La Latina.
And now, by popular demand, we’ve opened a second location just steps away: Plaza de la Paja, 3. Same family, same kitchen, same welcoming atmosphere — with more room for all tables, all groups, and all celebrations.
Why a second location?
Because you’ve asked for more than we could give. Reservations for 15, 20, 35 people that, due to space limitations, we often couldn’t accommodate as you deserved. So we’ve opened a new location, a four-minute walk from our original one, so we can say yes to everyone.
